An eye for art...

So while the kids and I were away on our luxury few days at Camp Cammy, we visited an art Gallery where there was a picture of a woman with her hair spread out all around her head and once Sydney saw it, it was all she wanted to do. So finally, two weeks later, she brought me the camera, laid down and here's what we got... picasso eat your heart out!!

And then she got one of me...

Nice photography Syd!!

My New Faves...

These home made bowls and "eco-friendly" napkins have become staples at every meal for us...

Easter

Better late than never, right?? So here are some of the adorable pics we got of our easter egg hunt. It was a beautiful day, and the kids had so much fun finding their eggs. After the hunt we got together with some friends to enjoy an easter feast. Coby especially enjoyed his spoils... eggs filled with animal crackers...

Camp Cammy

I took the kids and we went for a little vacation at what we like to call "Camp Cammy." It's always a good time, but this last time was especially fun. We stayed for three days and loved every minute. Cammy called in her art teacher to show us how to throw some pottery... to the right is us at the big reveal and below is the stuff Melinda and I threw before it was painted.

Dear Sara

Here are the curtains I was telling you about. I did my best to capture the look... Coby helped.

Valentines Day

So for Valentine's Day, we hung out with one of Dave's friends from out of town. We took him into the city for a (pretty lame) tour of some of the places we know of. Since we never really find the time to to hit up SF, there isn't much that we know about it. After almost an hour of sitting in traffic, we found our way down to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli's square. We got clam chowder bread bowls and sat and listened to a street performer. Sydney took most of the pictures for us, and I have to say... she's not bad!

Too Cute!

and these were too cute not to post...

Technologically Retarded

Sadly, after noths of trying, I cannot figure out how to post pictures on my real blog at barnhill.hopto.org. So here I am, creating a back up blog for whenever Dave is not around to tutor me through the process of posting there. So I got our camera stolen, and as a result we have a beautiful new camera. Rewarded for bad behavior? yes. So here are some pics that I have taken while trying to figure out how to work the new camera...
